This month is whisky month in Scotland. In our last blog be wrote about some of the planned events. So, if your prefer a Glenfiddich to a Glenlivet, or a Bowmore to Bunnahabhain – you will find something for you. It’s expected to attract over 70,000 people over the course of the month.
Already in May there has been a wide range of great whisky events, special tours and tastings. Whisky lovers have been treated to some wonderful events
This Saturday, May 16, see World Whisky Day. This is a worldwide celebration of single malt whisky with whisky themed events taking place in pubs, bars, restaurants and distilleries across Scotland.
It’s great that whisky month showcases what’s best about Scotland’s best drink. Whisky month has always been an opportunity for businesses to showcase Scotch whisky through the celebration of food and drink.
